Warranty policy

1. Products with warranty cards that fully contain the customer information.
2. The product is warranted for 02 years with technical errors by the manufacturer
3. Except for cases not covered by the warranty as follows:

• Objective damage: natural disasters, floods, earthquakes ...
• Damage due to breakage, collision or misuse.
• Damage caused by natural wear and tear during use.
• Damage caused by user error, misuse, misuse.
• Damage caused by repairing, altering product structure.

Note:

• ​Stove: The stone-piercing size should be in accordance with the manufacturer's standard.
• Cooker hoods: Minimum installation from stove to machine is 70cm
• Activated carbon: 6 months warranty 
• Divided fire: 12 months warranty 
• Glass of gas stove: 12 months warranty 

Specially: Products that are not eligible for warranty will be repaired and replaced with replacement parts at preferential prices.
